FAQ

Do you ship?

As a rule, no. Our vendor’s sales are usually in one location and pickup is made there. Sometimes, at their discretion, shipping may be arranged.

Do you deliver?

As a rule, no.  However, limited delivery service is available at an extra cost. Arrangements are made directly between buyers, sellers, and our delivery partners.

Where do I pick up my item?

Every item listed on the site has, at a minimum, a zip code where the item can be picked up. Actual address information is provided to you directly after the auction for security reasons. You will be asked to confirm receipt of your item at the time of pickup.

How can I pay for my items?

Every vendor uses their own payment methods including Paypal and offline credit card. Cash on pick up is also an option. Obviously, no pick up can be made until payment has cleared. Payments are made directly between the buyer and the individual vendors.

Can I view the items in person before the sale?

Generally, no. But individual vendors may be able to make arrangements on a case by case basis. Go ahead and ask.

What if my item is not as described?

All items are sold as is, where is and it’s the buyers responsibility to determine condition before buying. However, when you go to pick up your item, if it is materially not as described, you can discuss the discrepancy with the vendor and, at the vendor’s discretion, may reach an accommodation. Our vendors are experienced sellers and value customer service, so reasonable customers should be happy. Abuses can be reported to Seattle Magpies.

What if I can’t pay?

Bidding on an item is a binding contract. Failure to pay promptly will result in being banned from the site.
